Returns / Refunds
We cannot accept returns due to the possible spread of RHD2. This is in place. to protect our own pets and our customers. If your items are faulty you can request a refund.
If you are unhappy with your order you have 14 days to get in touch to discuss a refund. We can only offer a refund if the item is faulty. We will ask for photos so we can inspect the item. If your refund request is accepted please allow up to 14 working days for it to clear to your original payment method.
